| The house had 2 really luxurious bedrooms, which suited us as we were two couples, and there were even
flat screen TV's in the bedrooms, nice
touch. We couldn’t fault anything, they are perfect.
Had breakfast in the hotel, was very busy but it was Easter weekend and we went down really late. Enjoyable in every way

A non-refundable booking deposit of 50% of total booking value is required at the time of booking. Confirmation will be issued on receipt of deposit. The balance will be debited from your credit card 4 weeks prior to arrival. This is non refundable. Should the booking be made within 4 weeks of arrival full payment will be debited immediately.
Upon arrival it is hotel policy to take a pre authorisation of 50% of the total booking amount, as a security deposit. The pre authorisation is cancelled on departure providing that there are no breakages.
• Utility charges are additional, based on a set rate of € 10 per house per day and is payable upon arrival. (Prices subject to change)
• There is a Kids Club during some Midterm Breaks and parts of the Summer Holiday for Kids aged 5 – 12 years old. There is a €10.00 charge per child per session. A wide range of activities including arts & crafts, games, treasure hunts, painting, pottery and more.The Kids Club is hosted by qualified Childcarers. To avoid disappointment, participation in the kids club must be pre-booked one week prior to arrival.
• Please arrive to take possession of holiday homes/apartments between 4.00 and 7.00 p.m. and the property must be vacated by 10.00a.m. on the morning of departure. Check in/out at hotel reception. We would advise that you contact reception prior to your expected departure time in order to give the accommodation manager time to check the property for breakages as the pre authorisation will not be cancelled until the house is checked.
• The Kenmare Bay Hotel is not responsible for the loss of any valuables or property either during your stay or after departure.
• The number of people designated in the original reservation must not be exceeded.
• Guide dogs are welcome. Prior arrangements must be made at time of reservation. A cleaning charge may apply.
• Should guests behave in a disruptive manner, cause damage to property or indulge in any other behaviour deemed to be unreasonable by management the rental may be terminated without refund.
• Complaints should be notified immediately to our Duty Manager to give us the opportunity to deal with them as soon as possible.
• Requests for cots and high chairs must be made with our reservations office at time of booking. One cot per holiday home/apartment is allowed. High chairs are available for rental at 15 Euro per week. We will endeavour to meet your requirements for cots and high chairs but cannot guarantee availability. Cot linen is not available in either location.
Q. Do I need to bring my own bed linen?
A. No. Homes and apartments are supplied with duvets, all bed linen and towels
Q. Is there an additional charge for Utilities?
A. Yes. Utilities (incl. Electricity, Gas, Waste & Water) are charged at a daily flat rate of € 10.00 per day.
Q. How early do I need to book?
A. We recommend that you book as early as possible but especially for the busy months of July and August, bank holiday weekends and school holidays.
Q. What is the Cancellation Policy?
A. The deposit is non refundable and 4 weeks prior to arrival, the full balance has to be paid. This is non refundable.
Q. Do I need a credit card to make a booking?
A. Yes, a major credit card is required. Alternatively we will hold your booking for 7 working days until we receive the appropriate deposit by mail. A cheque, postal order or bank draft is acceptable.
Q. When can I check in?
A. Check in is from 4.00 p.m. on day of arrival.
Q. What time do I have to check out?
A. Check out is strictly before 10.00 a.m.
Q. Do I have to pay a security deposit?

Q. What is the letting policy?
A. Our minimum stay is 2 nights, midweek or weekend. In July and August and other peak periods we rent on a weekly basis only.
Q. Can you arrange a cot or high chair during our stay?
A. Yes. There is no charge for a cot we allow one per apartment or holiday home. Cots and high chairs must be requested when booking is being made. Rental charge applies for the high chairs.
